Job Description

Intention.ly, a newly formed marketing, and growth consulting firm, based in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking a Marketing Strategist to join their fast-moving business. 

Intention.ly helps financial advisory businesses, and the companies supporting them, identify, map, and track clear paths for reaching their next phase of success and this role will play a key role in helping our clients successfully create and roll out go-to-market campaigns, build demand gen programs, and conduct branding and market research. This candidate must be able to facilitate authentic conversations and create timely promotions that move buyers through the funnel with greater velocity and precision.

What a Day in Life Could Look Like…

  • Building and management of fully integrated demand gen campaign strategies, including the development of industry research, positioning statements, audience segmentation plans, and demand-generation tactics that will fill and nurture both the sales and marketing funnels.
  • Collaborating with our clients to build audience-focused collateral, including webinars, internal training assets, blog posts, content offers, and presentations that help tell their story and value proposition.
  • Diving into data and analytics, to develop a deep understanding of a prospect journey, by monitoring, funnel metrics, industry trends, competitive research, and qualitative audience and platform user feedback.
  • Executing ongoing inbound and outbound campaigns across a variety of channels, proposing and implementing A/B testing where and when appropriate to 
  • Tracking and analyzing the results of campaigns, to refine and optimize
  • Managing marketing activity alongside cross-functional teams, including in-house marketing and sales teams, freelancers, and interns.
  • Maintaining all marketing projects in the  firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to organize client meeting notes, contact lists, and action items
  • Continuously looking for new ways to disrupt the status quo, test and try new marketing techniques to push our client’s marketing activity to the next level.   

We Hope You Will Have...

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • Marketing, Business, or other related disciplines
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience that can span communications, marketing, journalism, or creative agency related fields 
    • Experience in B2B marketing for technology or financial services companies is preferred
  • Experience using Google Drive, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
