Why we’re hiring

We are looking for a well-rounded product marketer who loves working with product, sales and customer success. Someone who wants to become a product and market expert and translate that knowledge into powerful messaging and collateral for our sales and CS teams. They will also work with our demand generation and client marketing teams to improve client engagement with our product and acquire new clients.

The ideal candidate has extremely strong writing skills and can use research to tell a powerful story in a variety of different formats (slides, one-pagers, website copy, training materials, etc.). They are passionate about learning our product and the fintech and banking industries and helping Alloy engage with our clients and grow our business.

What you’ll be doing

As the Product Marketing Manager you’ll:

  • Become a product expert and work with the product team on feature releases, roadmap and more.
  • Take research insights (market research, competitive intelligence, persona documentation) and translate it into sales/ product collateral, website copy and other content. 
  • Create product messaging that reflects the value of Alloy. 
  • Develop plans to support existing client engagement with our product and acquisition of new clients. 
  • Provide product expertise to support the creation of training materials for our clients and our sales/ customer success teams.

Who we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a B2B product marketer. Fintech or banking industry experience preferred. 
  • Experience supporting product launches and product feature releases. 
  • Excellent writing skills and experience creating messaging, website copy, sales materials and product collateral. Please have writing samples available.
  • Strong verbal communication skills. Excels in leading projects with cross-functional teams and speaking to prospects and clients when needed.
  • Ability to understand industry/ market trends and use them to improve our marketing deliverables. 
  • Business and results-minded with skills to track pipeline and revenue by product. 
  • Self-starter who wants to build processes and strategy to make a big impact on our business.
