GeoWealth is a Chicago-based fintech firm that offers a leading digital advisory platform, including Turnkey Asset Management Platform (“TAMP”) capabilities. We deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated wealth management technology platform to professionals in the financial services industry. We are currently searching for a Marketing Operations / Demand Gen Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. This role will support the team that plans and executes integrated marketing and account-based campaigns. They will work closely with Marketing and Sales to elevate brand awareness, guide the buyer journey, and drive predictable pipeline and revenue.

Our ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer, helping us determine what drives buying behavior. They will help strategize and run marketing campaigns and need to be familiar with innovative marketing tactics and technology (e.g., buying intent, marketing automation, audience segmentation, CRM). This role will require the ability to serve as both a strategist and a hands-on participant, creating innovative marketing programs and achieving measurable results. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and team player that is excited about innovating and experimenting with new engagement methods.


  • Establish a deep understanding of business goals and objectives, digging into our marketing automation and CRM data to build reports and execute on digital tactics, continuously making recommendations to improve engagement in our marketing and sales pipelines based on key data
  • Monitor the lead flow through HubSpot and Salesforce and ensure effective data management that promotes data accuracy, hygiene, and improved marketing effectiveness
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports: use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
  • Leverage deep knowledge of CRM to manage and track sales team productivity, provide reporting to executive teams, and classify/stage prospects
  • Support the execution of programs to drive prospects further through to MQLs and SQLs by proactively optimizing campaign targeting, messaging, lead scoring, and qualification
  • Support department leadership in the creation of a marketing and sales analytics strategy with consistent methodologies and deliverables
  • Drive closed-loop reporting by tracking and reporting on performance across paid search, organic search, email, lead generation, social marketing, display campaigns, and more
  • Support aspects of HubSpot including systems administration, acting as the technical point of contact, supporting target list building and management (potentially also support with marketing copy/creative)
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Assist the internal team in deriving or understanding the “story” within the data and identifying actionable insights from the data
  • Enable the sales process, identify opportunities to improve lead routing logic, and work across stakeholders to ensure leads are being assigned and actioned in a timely manner


  • 5 years of marketing, marketing operations, or digital marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS company
  • Proven experience managing CRMs and marketing automation systems (ideally HubSpot and Salesforce) as well as Account-Based Marketing tools such as 6Sense
  • Experience with mining data, reviewing analytics, and making recommendations with regard to marketing spending
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, campaign strategy and management, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and report building
  • Track record across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, data infrastructure, and analytics/reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and comfort presenting ideas/analytics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or others
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and accountability
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Business degree preferred)
