As the Director of Demand Generation you will:

  • Drive integrated multi-channel demand generation programs.
  • Develop effective demand generation programs to grow marketing qualified leads and ultimately revenue.
  • Develop our account-based marketing programs to help land and expand key accounts.
    • Strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media and more.
  • Design the overall Demand Generation strategy, including our inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.
  • Develop inbound/outbound lead generation strategy for digital and offline channels including SEM/ PPC, Social, Display/Re-targeting, Events, Webinars, Websites/SEO, Email and Offline Channels
  • Data/Analysis: Work closely with Marketing Operations Manager/Data Analyst to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
  • Develop trade show and field marketing strategy and work with the marketing team to develop and execute the plan.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team and sales to create compelling programs that convert leads to new business.
  • You will manage campaign team budgets and program ROI.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software with a deep understanding of SaaS technology and B2B campaign execution.
  • 7+ years of experience in creating and executing demand generation programs that build pipelines through integrated campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience building high functioning demand generation teams
  • 5+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot
  • You are a creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative "breakout" marketing ideas for integrated campaigns.
  • Results-driven with strong ability to analyze data and determine program forecasting and ROI.
  • You are a true team player, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, with a keen ability to develop cross functional working relationships.
