Operations Manager - Participant Marketing

Job Description

This role is in a new organization forming now, PSX Marketing Operations. Develops and manages operational marketing plans. Identifies and resolves technical issues, and develops and implements improvements for marketing operations.

 Core Responsibilities

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with internal marketing and advertising teams, as well as external advertising agencies to develop and manage marketing and advertising technology plans.
  • Identifies and develops integrated solutions, and identifies opportunities to leverage technologies and solutions to improve marketing and advertising plans. Researches technical issues and performs root cause analysis.
  • Maintains relationships and communications with stakeholders, agencies, and IT professionals. Presents marketing strategic data vision and business plan to business leaders.
  • Understands and complies with IT policies and procedures, Enterprise Data Governance, Privacy, Legal, and Information Security policies and procedures, and verifies deliverables meet requirements.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum five years related work experience, two years in marketing production and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
