The Retail Marketing leadership team has spent the last several months developing a future state organization that will enable us to become a leading marketing company. Driven by core tenets of modern marketing – agile marketing, digital experience, Big Data, customer-centricity, compelling content, and marketing automation – we focused on designing structures and processes that will enable us to achieve new levels of retail growth.

The Retail Marketing Team is conducting a search for a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy. As the Senior Manager, you will develop, optimize and execute on integrated marketing campaigns for specific initiatives that deepen audience’s engagement to drive marketing outcomes and contribute to business priorities. You will perform in-depth analysis of the audience journey and other relevant data to inform optimal engagement opportunities, defining activation tactics and the user experience map. The Senior Managerwill lead with the audience perspective at the forefront and demonstrate data driven engagement solutions with the integration of channel, content and creative. In this role, you will:

  • Align with marketing leaders to define business and marketing objectives and prioritize highest value opportunities
  • Create omni-channel marketing plans by aligning business objectives with audience needs to define engagement strategies and corresponding channel tactics.
  • Define integrated channel mix by mapping touchpoints across the target segment journey to determine how to reach them, when to engage and what to measure.
  • Partner closely with analytics team to develop test and measurement plans and continually use to optimize strategies and campaign.
  • Partner closely with marketing channel owners to ensure alignment of engagement strategies and channel marketing. Work together to continuously refine and optimize approach.
  • Partner closely with creative strategy to ensure engagement strategy is brought to life in creative.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and internal expert to ensure the right solution is developed for various partners. Proactively communicate status and issues of engagement planning regularly to stakeholders, including marketing leaders, sales professionals, business leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal department and external departments’ stakeholders. Influence key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks on engagement planning activities. Communicate solutions on key issues to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

What it takes:

  • Minimum five years related work experience, two years of marketing experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
