Who we are looking for:

First Eagle is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support the global institutional channel. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to support the sales and marketing initiatives of the firm’s institutional capabilities.

 

What you will do:

  • Conceive and develop marketing content in partnership with the head of institutional product and channel marketing and the distribution team to create materials that align with the goals of the institutional sales, consultant relations and client service teams
  • Create robust and relevant marketing material for FEIM’s institutional products and services, including new and existing capabilities, in support of efforts to grow and retain institutional customers
  • Play a critical role in product launches for new capabilities and vehicles
  • Prioritize and execute projects from beginning to end in a high-pressure environment and time sensitive environment
  • Oversee the quarterly materials update process for institutional strategies, including presentations, factsheets, commentaries and digital content
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance of all material including global and regional and distribution partner requirements.
  • Create customized content when required for highest priority opportunities
  • Serve as the first contact for the institutional distribution team for their product marketing needs

 

The qualities you should have:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, marketing or related field
  • 7+ years relevant experience in marketing and/or finance
  • Excellent knowledge of institutional strategies and distribution
  • Demonstrated ability to generate content that differentiates products and services
  • Excellent communication and writing skills including proofreading and editing
  • Proven ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize time efficiently when faced with multiple projects
  • Highly detail-oriented and proven analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-starter who works independently
