The Role

We are looking for a creative mind who appreciates the combination of Sales and Marketing to launch Wealth Management products. At Addepar, we ask every employee to be an owner, PMM embraces that value every day as the integral owner between Product and Sales to deliver our GTM message. You will have the opportunity to deliver and supervise a unified go-to-market message for new product launches across both Sales and Account Management in the United States for the Wealth Advisor vertical. This includes being informed on competitive intelligence, the Addepar roadmap, sales messaging and ownership of a fast follow feedback loop. Our team’s mission is to be the connective tissue between Addepar Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver the clear and concise value of what we build in an organized and thoughtful way.

  • Deeply understanding the needs of wealth advisors and connecting their needs throughout the product development process
  • A creative mind with the ability to deliver highly effective messaging & collateral to enable go-to-market teams
  • Detailed and organized approach to launching new products and initiatives
  • Desire to develop early-stage product messaging and bring them to market with detailed execution
  • Working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment with the ability to drive impact

What You’ll Do

  • Identify industry, market, and customer needs and ensures a clear and differentiated position for Addepar’s platform
  • Work with our Product and Revenue teams to build out our strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans for revenue-generating products
  • Work with our Sales team to develop playbooks and processes for our target segments, including Family Offices, Private Banks, and Registered Investment Advisors.
  • Provide support for department-wide Marketing initiatives
  • Communicate the value proposition of Addepar’s solutions, integrations and services offerings to customer-facing teams
  • Ensure content (e.g. case studies, sales enablement materials, product videos, web copy, competitive differentiation, white papers) communicates the unique capabilities of our platform in customer language.
  • Become a trusted resource on our product and services and find creative ways to help expand and grow our revenue within our existing customers

Who You Are

  • Proven track record of positioning SaaS products effectively to different external and internal audiences
  • Ability to surface, analyze, and present data related to team and department efforts
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, as well as work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with assessing strengths/weaknesses of competitors, and comparing/contrasting partner ecosystem members
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Looker and Highspot are a plus
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management is strongly preferred
