    Salesforce is seeking an expert, collaborative and results-focused marketing professional to drive strategy and integrated demand generation for the Financial Services verticals. This person will be responsible for building awareness and consideration while collaborating with broader teams to deliver a full-funnel customer journey. This individual should be experienced in B2B marketing using a range of marketing tactics.

     

    This opportunity requires a dynamic, pragmatic, and flexible marketing professional with a proven history of success crafting and leading integrated marketing programs. This position entails both strategic marketing program design/planning and hands-on execution of all campaign components.

     

    Communicating effectively with partner teams and executive customers is key to this role. This team has a “test and learn” mentality so comfort with metrics is important, including forecasting, budgeting, and lead flow analysis.

     

    Proven experience in demand generation through integrated campaigns and customer journeys is critical. This role will be responsible for multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and working with internal teams and external agencies to effectively complete projects on time and on budget.

     Responsibilities:

    • Build a demand generation strategy for the US and Canada Financial Services industry working collaboratively with Industry Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative and Channel Owners
    • Drive year-long programming across the entire customer lifecycle to build awareness and deliver quality leads for our sales teams to generate pipeline and close deals
    • Work cross-functionally with several groups in the business (including Industry Marketing, Creative, tactic owners, Campaign counterparts, Go-To-Market, etc.) to plan and deliver innovative and creative marketing campaigns across various channels (Digital, events, 3rd party associations, social, etc.).
    • Report on key metrics that supervise performance our efforts have on pipeline creation and closed deals

     Experience/Skills Required:

    • Degree in marketing or similar field
    • Management experience
    • 6+ years experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns
    • Experience with Salesforce applications/technology preferred
    • Experience working with large and diverse teams across multiple fields, reporting structures, and priorities
    • Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns, projects, and driving success
    • Ability to lead multiple initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines
    • Experience optimizing spend across tactics and forecasting results
    • Strong presentation & communication skills
    • Outstanding organization with excellent project management skills and thorough attention to detail
