Edelman Financial Engines is modernizing its marketing technology ecosystem. We are in the process of onboarding key technologies that may not be new to you, but are new to our teams and staff. In this role, you will act as a leader to help the technical staff identify business requirements through use cases and marketing staff understand how to use the portfolio of new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the Wealth Planning Group’s delivery of the enterprise marketing technology roadmap – manage breakthroughs, next steps, risks, and barriers.
  • Design, develop and maintain clear and detailed marketing technology protocols, procedures, training, and user guidelines to drive user adoption.
  • Partner management of technical and non-technical users to drive cross-functional collaboration in strategy, project management, creative, activation and analytics.
  • Be a change agent by championing presentations and socializing new systems/processes/capabilities being built for users.
  • Teach users how to unlock growth opportunities using new marketing technologies.
  • Develop business and use cases for technology requirements that enable growth and scale.
  • Create measurable improvement in marketing efficiency, speed to market and project throughput that drive prospect awareness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or technology with 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing technologies and automation principles.
  • Hands on experience with CDP, DAM, CMS and MAP.
  • Ability to prioritize and redefine priorities when necessary.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • The ability to understand and integrate feedback coming from many different internal partners with diverse viewpoints and opinions
