This position is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role, requiring both strategic and tactical execution. We are looking for a true team player who has previously executed operations, supported development for high-growth Marketing organizations, and maintains exceptional problem solving and collaboration skills. In addition, since Wintrust is a bank and heavily regulated as it pertains to marketing, this individual must possess a minimum of four years of experience within a Compliance role.
