What You’ll Do …

Our marketing team drives the lead generation for the sales organization that serves over 180,000 families with over $28 billion in home loans. As a Marketing Strategy Specialist in this role, you will work with your colleagues to perform the following:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns in automated direct marketing channels (email, SMS, direct mail)
• Measure and report performance of campaigns and assess against goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to maximize campaign performance and meet channel objectives
• Evaluate new opportunities and industry insights, technologies/channels, and growth strategies

What You’ll Bring …

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, or related business field (or minimum of 5 years of Marketing automation experience)
• Experience in B2C marketing channels
• Experience and/or expertise with the following or similar marketing automation tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo (Adobe Campaign)
• Demonstrable experience using universal control groups for extracting insights, campaign lift, and measuring a campaign’s return on investment
• Possess an understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of direct marketing channels
• Working knowledge of Can-Spam, CASL, GDPR, with understanding of SMS opt-out, and direct-mail advertising guidelines
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (or willingness to achieve certification within first year)
