Job Description

Job Objective
• Develop, manage and execute multi-channel marketing programs supporting the company’s overall business objectives.
• Support marketing strategies across both digital – SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns - and physical – events, trade shows, and other physical marketing assets – to improve the company’s reach to existing and prospective accounts via inbound website traffic, email and phone inquiries, and ultimate conversion to new customer and/or supplier relationships.
• Identify and execute on marketing programs which increase customer retention, enhance lead acquisition rates, provide sales support and build brand capital.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage, support, and execute marketing activities for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Support the marketing strategy for the company in-line with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Execute marketing plan deliverables for all channels and sales teams.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns and collateral.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Coordinates with external marketing and advertising agencies.
• Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Development and execution of strategy to achieve sales objectives leveraging current methods as well as new ideas and approaches to drive revenue.
• Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

Qualifications
• Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing
• 3-5 years’ experience in Lead Marketing Position
• Insurance/Health Benefits knowledge
• Salesforce & Pardot experience
• Strong digital marketing and e-commerce experience
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong creative outlook
