Job Description

Divvy, a Bill.com company, is looking for a dedicated, creative customer campaigns manager to join our Divvy Accounting Partners team. Our team partners with accounting firms of all sizes that use Divvy and Bill.com and is responsible for the lifecycle communications with these important partners in the accounting segment. 

This Customer Campaigns Manager will be on the Divvy team and will be primarily responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining lifecycle campaigns focused on Divvy accountant partners and their clients to drive additional client adoption of the Divvy platform. This role will create content, manage integrated campaigns, and interpret our results.

Role:

  • Create the strategy for, execute, and manage optimization plans for email lifecycle programs
  • Collaborate with product management and product marketing to determine new product announcements, launches and product integration into lifecycle programs
  • Collaborate closely with our sales/account management teams to create and execute on customer-journey focused content and campaigns, including email campaigns, integrated campaigns, and ABM campaigns that will help build engagement  
  • Proactively look for opportunities by digging into our customer metrics, defining them, understanding the issues and causes, and share recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including sales, customer success, product and others to understand our customer retention numbers and improve engagement & retention through multi-channel campaign efforts
  • Work closely with the team to determine key content and program needs to build education, campaigns, and promotions for firms and their clients

Qualifications:

4+ years experience in a customer marketing, lifecycle, or retention role with key experience in integrated marketing campaigns and programs.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and other marketing teams.

  • Excellent writing skills across channels: must be able to craft solid content as well as tell a strong story across multiple channels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools capabilities

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with co-marketing initiatives
  • Fintech or the accounting firm audience experience a plus, but not required
  • Marketo and/or Salesforce experience a plus
  • Mad GIF skills are always a plus

30 days

  • Build relationships with primary stakeholders across the company
  • Be curious and understand the value props of Divvy (along with Bill.com and Invoice2Go)           
  • Understand Divvy’s funnel, metrics, and KPIs
  • Gain an understanding of the competitive landscape

90 days

  • Support execution of existing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help launch new campaigns
  • Lead new content initiatives across targeted audiences to increase client adoption

6 months

  • Deliver wins in driving key initiatives that have strong measurable growth
  • Launch an integrated lifecycle program across email and campaigns
  • Drive strategic initiatives and campaigns tailored to our accounting firm partners
