Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Bill.com is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will drive acquisition growth for the business through a vertical marketing approach for the SMB segment. In this role, you will leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to identify and prioritize various vertical opportunities to invest in. You will guide the acquisition strategy, relevant messaging and value prop, targeted marketing campaigns and programs, and work cross functionally with marketing content strategist, creative, product marketing, other growth marketers, and sales teams to drive results. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting on KPIs and track results across the full funnel. In addition, you will be analyzing the data to derive insights that drive optimization and new initiatives to continuously drive growth. The ideal candidate should have experience driving marketing campaigns end-to-end, working cross functionally with internal stakeholders, optimizing campaigns and landing pages, measuring campaign performance, and driving new ideas for initiatives.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Develop and drive vertical customer acquisition initiatives and generate marketing qualified leads and trial signups
  • Gain alignment of marketing initiatives with cross functional teams
  • Partner with content and creative teams to drive and execute programs
  • Test and iterate on new and existing opportunities and programs via A/B testing methodologies
  • Identify new vertical opportunities through quantitative and qualitative research

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with fintech, SaaS, or payments industry experience preferred
  • Experience developing and driving integrated, cross functional campaigns from end to end 
  • Experience building customer centric programs and campaigns that resonate with end users
  • Experience identifying key business KPIs and understanding underlying drivers and identify new opportunities
  • Experience analyzing data to distill insights and drive quantitatively informed decisions
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to continually drive incremental improvements
  • Strong analytical background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and can juggle simultaneous projects
  • Intellectually curious and self-motivated
